The TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION OF SAMPLE TAKING FOR SAMPLE TAKING OFFICER AT PTP NUSANTARA III (PERSERO), REGIONAL II, KEBUN PABATU

Abstract

Training and certification of sample taking was done to make sure that the officer has skilled to take sample. Skilled of the officer state with ‘competent’ by Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP). Many samplings must be taken at plantation and many ways to take sample and many officers to take those samples. Standardization is important things for regional II caused of wide area and many officer at each estate. Sample taking need suitability with rules of sampling according to Keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia No. 271 Tahun 2014. The Objectives of this program are standardization of sample taking officer at Regional II. Classical method was done with concepts and practical when technical training and followed with certification by LSP Pertanian Organik. This program was held at Regional II, Kebun Pabatu, Period: October 30^th – November 2^nd 2024. Followed by head of assistant with 26 participants.   Technical training was held for 2 days and continued with certification for 2 days. All participants were competent as sample taking officer.
