Entrepreneurship is an important dimension in shaping the spirit of Indonesian youth, apart from the spirit of leadership and pioneering as contained in the Youth Development Goals article 3, Law (UU) No. 40, it turns out that the majority of the world's youth are unemployed. Educational institutions as the starting place for the next generation also have a contribution in forming the younger generation and have an obligation to train and motivate young people to become a generation that is intelligent, independent, creative, innovative and capable of creating business opportunities. So, educational institutions in the form of foundations or other names need to be supported through activities and programs to form entrepreneurs. Youth are required to be more innovative and creative in terms of developing themselves through creating business opportunities, so that in the future it is hoped that with the creation of extensive job opportunities, economic growth in the region will also increase. This activity was carried out using a presentation and discussion system with participants regarding types of entrepreneurial activities and techniques for youth at SMK 3 Al-Washliyah Medan. The activities carried out have provided results with indicators that participants understand that when entering the world of entrepreneurship, the mindset that is formed is oriented towards creating jobs. This activity can provide a common perception to the young people who participate, so that it can raise young people's motivation in carrying out their duties as young agents of change in their work.
